What To Expect
This is a total body, heart pumping session that will challenge you mentally and physically. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training and conditioning designed to tone your body and improve your endurance and coordination. After every class is a brief meditation to clear your mind and prepare you for your busy day!
Our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. Join us in these weekly workouts to feel and perform your best, while getting 1% better with the 1AND1 LIFE community.
